Shipping and Returns 

Burly Archery – Shipping & Return Policy

At Burly Archery, we’re a small father-and-daughter team in Bend, Oregon. We design, build, and test every product ourselves. Each item is crafted using a mix of handmade work, CNC machining, and 3D printing. That means some parts are kept in stock while others are made to order—so shipping can take a little longer than big-box stores.

Shipping

  • We ship all orders with USPS flat rate boxes up to $100 for a flat fee.  Spend $100 or more and shipping is free.

  • We’ll send your items out as soon as possible, but please note that handmade production can add time.

  • If you’re on a tight timeline, contact us before you order so we can confirm if we can meet your needs.

  • Our packaging is simple and minimal by design—this helps keep costs down and reduces waste.

Returns

  • We stand behind our products with a 30-day return policy.

  • Returns are no questions asked, as long as items are:

    • Unused

    • In perfect, sellable condition

    • Returned with their original packaging

  • Used items may still be returned if they are fully functional, but a 25% restocking fee will apply.

  • If an item arrives defective (unlikely, since we 100% quality test each one), we’ll cover all return or exchange shipping costs.

  • For all other returns, you’ll need to cover return shipping.
